Making better use of our joint resources is crucial, including staff, services and money. We now have an opportunity to develop better ways of working between the existing partners, services and professionals on the Fylde coast.
Known as ‘Healthier Fylde Coast’, the Integrated Care Partnership brings together the local NHS, Blackpool Council and Lancashire County Council.
For the past 18 months local NHS and council organisations have been working in partnership to plan health and care services for the next five years across the Fylde Coast.
Our intention was to take the first draft of our strategy ‘on the road’ to seek people’s views on the effectiveness of our priorities to meet the challenges ahead.
While we were able to hold a number of staff engagement sessions at the beginning of March, due to the Covid-19 pandemic we had to stand down the remainder of our planned staff and public engagement activity.
We would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who had signed up to one of our events for their intended input.
You can still have your say!
